What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the sample request form: your name, company name, role, country and city, WhatsApp number, email address, and the fabric type and specifications you describe.

We never ask for or store card or financial details on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your business enquiry, recommend a suitable fabric direction, and arrange samples and supply. We do not use them for anything else and we do not sell them to third parties.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to Confort Tex’s internal enquiry system over an encrypted connection. They are never published on the site and are not visible to other visitors.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies by default. If measurement tools are enabled later, they will be used only to understand page performance, with IP anonymisation where available.

How long we keep it

We keep business enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up the request and the commercial relationship, after which it is deleted or archived internally.
